The Gresham Order Management System is already working for hundreds of manufacturers and their retail customers. It's designed to make your job easier; to make delivery schedules, quantities and ratios fit in exactly with your production schedules, and to remove the delays caused by ordering mistakes and inaccuracies. There are also features that allow you to re-create previous orders from a couple of mouse clicks. You can set delivery schedules to match your production exactly. And you can account for overs or ratio variances in seconds.

We've put together this brief guide to help you to get the best from the facilities at your disposal. The actual features you see may differ slightly, according to the preferences of your retail customer.

If you haven't already asked Gresham to set you up with access to the system, you're about to get an idea of what you're missing.

    The Main Menu

Once you're logged in, this is your starting point for operating the Order Management System. From here you can search for orders according to a variety of criteria. Depending on the options chosen by your retail customer, you may also be able to place new orders for catalogue items such as woven labels.

    Viewing Order Details

Most of the facilities outlined below are accessed from the order detail screens. Every order has a detailed breakdown available so that you can see exactly how it's made up. But as you'll see below, you can do much more than just view your orders.

Tip: If you click on the product reference number you can see a picture of the ticket.
