Rescheduling an Order

Sometimes it's not the content, but the timing of an order that you need to change. As the manufacturer, you often have a more accurate knowledge of production timing than the retailer, and the reschedule facility lets you make sure that everything happens exactly on time. To change the despatch timing of an order, you click on Reschedule.

The calendar you'll see makes the rescheduling process pretty self-explanatory. The system automatically blocks out weekends and bank holidays, so that you can't select an unavailable shipping date. If you need to change months, use the forward and back arrows at the top of the calendar panel. When you can see the date you want, just click on it. Now just confirm the change and the job's complete.

Important: Remember that the date you're scheduling is the date on which Gresham ships the order, not the date on which it will be delivered. To check the transit times for orders from our factories, please visit the Gresham Website on www.greshamticket.com.

  Suspending an Order

If there's a query on an order that can't be resolved by amending or rescheduling it, you may want to suspend it until the query can be resolved. To do so, click on Suspend.

Please help us to serve you by giving some detail as to why the order has been suspended.

    Reordering From an Existing Order

This facility makes it very quick and easy to raise a new order based on a previously confirmed one. This is particularly useful where a retailer orders garments for replenishment. Take as an example a situation where a retailer has test marketed a small number of garments, and then wishes to order a large quantity for urgent despatch. It takes just a few seconds to "clone" a new order from the old one. You begin by searching for the old order by using the search boxes on the main menu. When you've found the right order, click the Reorder button.

The procedure now is very similar to the method for amending an order. Just change the quantities and delivery address to suit your new requirements. If there are items on the old order that you don't require, simply set their quantities to zero. Your order will be despatched as soon as possible.

Tip: If ever you want to see what the original quantity, address etc. was in the old order, just hover the mouse over the relevant question mark.
