Confirming Your Orders

When a new order is placed on the system by your retail customer, you'll automatically receive an e-mail to give you advance warning. In most cases, the order appears on the system as Unconfirmed, giving you time to check that everything is correct. To display your unconfirmed orders, you simply ask the system to search for Unconfirmed in the Status field.

This gives you an overview of all of the orders that are awaiting your confirmation. To see the details of an order, click on it to be taken to the order detail screen.

Tip: You can change the column headings between Mandarin and English by clicking the flag near the top of the screen.

As you'll see, there are several things that you can do if the order isn't quite right (You may see a different set of options, depending on the retailer). Take a look around the screen and you'll get an idea of the amount and type of information that's available to you. You can see a full description of the items on the order, right down to printed sizes and POS references. You can check the delivery address is right, and you can see when the order is scheduled for despatch. If there's something that's not as it should be, you have the ability to change it.

For now, let's say that everything is correct. To confirm the order, you simply click Confirm. Your tickets are now processed and despatched.

Amending An Unconfirmed Order

Now let's look at what you can do to change an unconfirmed order. This is useful when you want to allow for overs, when you spot an inconsistency in ratios, or possibly where you want to target the delivery to a different factory. To do this, you find the correct Unconfirmed order and click the Amend button.

The question marks highlight all of the items that you can change. Some, like the despatch date and priority, are inter-related. As you'll see, you have control over pretty much every aspect of the order - for many items this includes choosing whether your order is printed in the UK or Hong Kong.

Tip: If ever you want to see what the original value was before you changed it, just hover the mouse over the relevant question mark.

When you're happy with your changes, click the Save Changes button to complete the process.

Important: Notice that the order is still unconfirmed, even after you've amended it. You must still confirm the order for it to be processed.
